MealMatch provides nutrition tracking, AI-assisted meal planning, grocery list creation with third-party ordering handoff, and cooking guidance. By using the app you agree to these terms.
MealMatch offers general wellness information only. It is not medical, clinical-nutrition, or dietetic advice, and no clinician-patient relationship is created. Calorie, macronutrient, and food-recognition estimates are approximations and may be inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, particularly if you are pregnant, under 18, or have any medical condition or history of disordered eating. Never disregard professional advice because of something in the app.
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account secure.
Paid features are billed through the Apple App Store as auto-renewing subscriptions. Introductory pricing (e.g., $1/week for 12 weeks) converts to the standard price shown at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Grandfathered pricing: while your subscription remains continuously active, we will not raise your price.
Grocery checkout, payment, fulfillment, delivery, substitutions, and refunds are provided by the grocery retailer (e.g., Kroger-family stores) (or other retail partners) under their own terms. Prices shown in MealMatch are estimates; the final price is set at the retailer's checkout. MealMatch adds no fees of its own. We may earn a commission from partners on orders you place — at no cost to you.
You are responsible for checking ingredients, labels, and allergen information, and for safe food handling and cooking temperatures. Recipe and ingredient data may contain errors.
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, reselling data, or interfering with operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The app, its content, recipes, and branding are owned by MealMatch or its licensors. You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealMatch's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts of third-party retailers or delivery services.
We may update these terms with in-app notice; continued use is acceptance. You may stop using the service anytime; deleting your account removes your data per our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
